Equipment: Spektra-Multimeter-PC

Before the accomplishment of the experimental activities is necessary install the equipment Spektra-Multimeter-PC in accordance with the following steps:

1. Connect the three devices in according with the figure

2. Turn on the PC.
3. Run the PROTEK 506 program.
4. Turn on the digital multimeter and to choose the mV scale.
5. Press the MENU key on the multimeter until the KEEP‑ON indicator blinks.
6. Press the ENTER key.
7. Press the MENU key twice until the RS232 indicator blinks. Press the ENTER key.
8. In PROTEK program, select the “File name”, type a name for this work and click OK.
9. Choosing the door: In setup menu choose the COM1 or COM2 door and click OK.
10. Select the clock figure and indicate the time of measurements; click OK.
